I began this blog as part of a New Year's resolution back in 2012, and many of my posts reflect that goal-oriented origin (See "Work of the Week" and "Words"). The long gap between posts is attributed to my LDS missionary service, which is cataloged in my mission blog, Barcelona Bound. I've been away for a long time and it's only fitting that I return to and re-vamp my blog as a New Year's resolution for 2016.
Some of my posts are, as the title suggests, scattered thoughts. Other posts function as a type of journal: reciting funny stories, important moments, and big cultural events. Sometimes I dedicate a post to a single, extra-special individual. You'll find some attempts at poetry, some artistic renderings, life rants, and some spiritual musings.
This is a place for my ponderings on everything from doctrine to Doctor Who. Hopefully you'll find something to relate to or something that makes you ponder, too.
